Pay Attention
Unless you've verified your phone number or answered security questions, you won't be able to reset your password with the article below.
In this case, please contact the support team at support@nipendo.com.
If you wish to reset your password, click on "forgot password" in the login screen as seen below: Type in the following details:
- Site name
- User name
- Email address
and then click "Continue " as seen below: There are three options to get a new temporary password. Please choose the most convenient way for you:
1) Get security code sent to your cell phone by SMS
2) Get security code to your cell phone by voice call
3) Answer security questions If you chose options 1 or 2, a verification code will be sent to you. Enter the verification code on the prompted screen and click on "Next".
If you chose option 3, you will be required to answer a security question that was chosen by you upon creation of your account. When you are finished, click on "Next". You will receive a message confirming a temporary password was sent to your email address, and then you can proceed to reset your password.
Pay Attention:
The password that was sent to you is temporary and you will need to change it.
The new password must contain the following rules:
- Minimum of six charterers.
- Must contain letters and numbers
- Previous passwords can't be reused
- Special signs such as #,@,! are not allowed
