Initial Login to the System
Once you are connected to Nipendo, you will be sent two emails with the login details to access your account.
Click on the blue "Login in order to set your new password" button from the password reset email to open the Nipendo login screen.
We will enter here the information we received from the above emails and click on "login".
After entering the login information and temporary password, the following message will appear: "Your password has expired. Please create a new password."
In choosing the password, the following is required:
- At least six letters and numbers
- No additional characters such as!, @, #
* In the password confirmation field we will type the new password we set *
After submitting this information, we will select two security questions from the list displayed and answer them accordingly. It is important to remember the answers to the questions, as if you reset the password independently you will be asked to answer these questions.
When finished, click "Submit".
