Send a Shipping Notification

Please Note

The option to send a shipping notification through nipendo is defined by the customer.

Some things to note before you start:

  • If data is missing, the system will not allow you to proceed to the next step.
  • Most data is automatically retrieved from the order.
Select "Send Shipping Notification" from the main menu.

First, we will select the customer for whom the certificate is intended.
If the customer's name is not displayed, click on "Search more customers" to find your customer.

Next, click "Select" and locate the relevant order from the list of displayed orders.

When finished selecting your documents, click "OK".

Step three: Fill out the required header information. Once you are finished, click on "Next Step".

Step four: The system automatically displays all order lines. If you want to send a certificate for only some of the order lines, click on "Edit lines" and select the lines you wish to send.

In the "Edit Lines" screen you can also change specific line quantities, add batches and serial numbers, or add files.
When you finish editing, click "Save Changes", and move on to the next step.

Step five: Now we will fill in the shipping and receiving details.

The final step: Add a comment (this is optional).
When you are finished, click "Approve & Send".

Important To Note

If you are unable to click the "Approve & Send" button, there is probably a missing value. Please make sure all mandatory fields are completed.
